Now I am stuck with a very expensive fridge with doors that do not close properly. And that this could result in cost to me!! Say what! I Told him he would call and schedule it since we are all on quarantine any day and time would be fine. He said he did not tell me not to refuse the fridge and that it as now my problem and that I had to call whirlpool to schedule someone to come out. Since FRED said to call him I waited for the store to open then immediately called him. When the said our of box refrigerator was delivered the door would not close properly. The person that sold me the out of box refrigerator was FRED he said that when I received my fridge that if there was more damage than I wanted that I should NOT refuse the fridge but to give him a call. In order to get the discount I had to give them a review immediately. This is to fix a review they purchased from me when I was buying my fridge. But I am sure they will be equally as professional. When they left, if it wasnt for the new fridge in the kitchen, you wouldnt know they had been there.Looking forward to meeting the team that installs the oven and cook top. There was a small problem with door alignment on the fridge and, again, as a team they tackled and handled it. They quickly and efficeintly got the fridge installed, keeping us informed all along the way.

Every bit as professional and helpful as Jim. Leo, Tony and Devon were the delivery team. Arrangements were made to get us the fridge as quickly as they could. Very, very helpfull with zero pressure to buy.But, it didnt stop there. After a few minutes he was able to present us with some options on several of the styles we had looked at. He went back to work checking for available matching sets. Then we decided that, because of age, we would replace all our appliances. When we told JIm, our sales person, we needed a new fridge ASAP he immediately went to work checking their inventory for instock items.
